The run coaching basics. You’ll receive a personalized training plan, weekly check-ins, a monthly 1:1 Zoom call, basic strength, mobility, and fueling guidance, and text/e-email access as needed.

For the runner looking to take their running to the next level. Includes a personalized training plan, twice per week check-ins, two 1:1 Zoom calls per month, fueling guidance, and a strength and mobility plan to supplement your running. Text/e-mail access as needed.

An autonomous and community-driven approach. The group will have generalized, pre-created training plans available for various race distances. Athletes will have access to the Strava club as well as a group chat where they can connect and share. Includes a monthly group Zoom call with Coach Lexie.
